Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
In order that ISOOnline may provide the Service, the Client agrees to supply ISOOnline with all the necessary information about their facilities
ISOOnline or its personnel shall not have any liability to the Client for any claim, loss, damage or expense resulting from, relating to or arising out of ISOOnline’s performance of the Service except to the extent resulting from the negligence or willful misconduct of ISOOnline or its personnel. In the event of any claim, loss, damage or expense incurred by the Client, ISOOnline’s maximum liability to the Client shall be limited to the amount of the fees paid to ISOOnline for the Service
The Client must inform ISOOnline of any significant non-conformances of which they are aware, through internal audit or other means. The Client is responsible for the adoption of sound quality policies to maintain the reliability of their quality management system. It should be understood that ISOOnline is assessing the quality management system and is not in any way certifying the effectiveness of the quality of any product or service.
The client must only claim that it is certified with respect to those activities for which it has been granted certification.
Certification of a management system is not a statement by the certification body guaranteeing that the product or services actually meet specified requirements. Certification does not imply a view on the specification of a product or service. It does not guarantee a good product or service. ISOOnlne is a privately owned independent organization.
ISOOnline can only undertake the evaluation and validation of the clients documentation of management systems operated by companies to the respective management system standards applied for. A nominated independent auditor will evaluate all audit related materials, documentation, evidence of compliance.
The certification body will audit the documentation. On receiving a report stating that the client’s management system meets the requirements of the relevant Standards and approval by Certification Committee, the certificate is issued. The certificate is valid for three years.
Once a certificate has been issued, the client has the right to publish the fact. The relevant logos can be used on its stationery relating only to the audited scope of registration and the relevant part of the standard. All conditions of the Logo Rules issued along with the Certificate will need to be followed.
ISOOnline publishes a list of certificates issued, suspended, withdrawn. The information includes details like, name, address and scope of the certificate and certification validity. Client allows ISOOnline to publish the details in this list
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ours and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent.

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
